I buy from here because I want to support a local business, and not have a middle man like 1800-flowers. Second year in a row they not only didn't have what I ordered on the website, therefore had to make a substitution, but they also didn't deliver the balloon I paid for. Last year, they at least called me to say they didn't have what I ordered, this year I called to check a time, and found out an hour before my wife's birthday flowers couldn't be what I ordered. Again, I only knew this because I called. Last year, they did send the balloon afterward. This year, I opted to just refund my money, because what sense does it make if the balloon doesn't come with the flowers that the recipient already received? That being said, the quality of the arrangement is still nice, and their substitutions work fine. I still get my money's worth. I hope they remedy whatever causes them to not see an entire order at once, therefore don't leave out part of it. 3rd times a charm. I order flowers for my wife every single birthday, and will give next year one more shot. If I have the same experience, I will have to move on. Again, this isn't toward any employee, or the quality of the work. So, if you go to the shop personally, you'll get a great product and great service. This is just my experience with ordering for delivery.

I ordered memorial flowers a week in advance to be delivered to the church on the morning of the memorial. They did not arrive and upon calling, the representative was very apologetic, and explained that the problem was I ordered them too far in advance and the order was misplaced. (HUH?) I week in advance? They were delivered during communion so nothing could be done; I had to place them at the alter after the service. It sort of defeats the purpose. What was additionally frustrating is that they had come just prior to the service with a Peace Lily from someone else. They were apologetic and advised I would be refunded. I have yet to see the refund.
