I buy from here because I want to support a local business, and not have a middle man like 1800-flowers. Second year in a row they not only didn't have what I ordered on the website, therefore had to make a substitution, but they also didn't deliver the balloon I paid for. Last year, they at least called me to say they didn't have what I ordered, this year I called to check a time, and found out an hour before my wife's birthday flowers couldn't be what I ordered. Again, I only knew this because I called. Last year, they did send the balloon afterward. This year, I opted to just refund my money, because what sense does it make if the balloon doesn't come with the flowers that the recipient already received? That being said, the quality of the arrangement is still nice, and their substitutions work fine. I still get my money's worth. I hope they remedy whatever causes them to not see an entire order at once, therefore don't leave out part of it. 3rd times a charm. I order flowers for my wife every single birthday, and will give next year one more shot. If I have the same experience, I will have to move on. Again, this isn't toward any employee, or the quality of the work. So, if you go to the shop personally, you'll get a great product and great service. This is just my experience with ordering for delivery.

Everything went smooth no complaints

Good afternoon, Belinda was not happy with the flower/roses arrangement. When she received them and removed the wrapping away, she noticed that the leaves were already dying and falling off as well as very brittle. I have ordered from you in the past and Belinda has been very happy with her roses from you and that's the reason why I keep using Jerome's Florist. This is the only bouquet that she has received that look very poorly put together or been sitting around for a while to look the way they did when she received them. I will continue to use Jerome's Florist unless I see the same inconsistency with their bouquets.
